Memorandum filing isn't available in Connecticut yet

Connecticut law now bars recording a residential wholesale contract or any notice of it (Public Act 25-168 §257), so we can't file there.

Why not Connecticut?

Recording rules are state law. Most states let a buyer record a notice of their own contract with only the buyer's notarized signature — but Connecticut's statute imposes a requirement our one-sitting online flow can't satisfy today. When that changes, or when we add the signing path this state requires, we'll open it. In the meantime, an attorney in Connecticut can advise on alternatives such as a lis pendens or a seller-signed recordable agreement.
