Filed a memorandum — with us or anywhere else? Release it when the deal closes or ends: notarized online and recorded, recording fee included. Bring whatever you have; we find the recording if you don’t have it. For the filer only.
Deal running past day 180? Renew from your filing page: a new memorandum for the same contract, built from what you already confirmed, signed with the online notary and recorded for another 180 days. It cites the one it continues.
Someone filed a memorandum of contract on YOUR property? Texas gives owners a statutory release that needs no signature from the filer. We handle the affidavit, the certified mailing, the certificate, and the 45-day window.
