Send a Mobile Notary to Any Signer
Some signers won't use a video call — but they'll sign in person. A mobile notary travels to the signer you designate — a seller, a family member, anyone — notarizes in person, and then Jurably files the document if it needs to be recorded. One trip, done.
When a mobile notary is the answer
Online notarization is fast, but it isn't for everyone. Older, rural, or less tech-comfortable signers often prefer to sign on paper with a person in front of them. For real-estate investors, that's frequently the seller. Instead of driving out yourself, Jurably dispatches a commissioned notary to get the document signed and notarized — with identity verification and a scan of the signed document returned to you.
Need a document simply signed (not necessarily notarized)? That's our signing concierge. Need the notarized document recorded? We handle the memorandum filing too.
